System Administrator & Itsm Engineer

⭕ What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong experience in Windows Server & Active Directory

✅ Hands-on with IFS ITSM (or similar tools like ManageEngine/ServiceNow)

✅ Knowledge of ITIL processes and automation scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)

✅ Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills

⭕ Join our team and take the lead in:

- Designing and maintaining Windows Server environments

- Managing virtualisation platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, AHV)

- Implementing security, backups, and disaster recovery strategies

- Administering IFS ITSM modules and automating workflows

- Building dashboards, tracking SLAs, and driving continuous improvement
