We're Hiring: MNS Core Senior Services Engineer – CS & IMS Expert

We are looking for a MNS Core Senior Services Engineer with solid hands-on experience in Ericsson CS Core and IMS domains, including O&M, international roaming support, and MBPN operations. The ideal candidate should be deeply familiar with Ericsson products, platforms, and scripting tools, with performance expertise as a secondary asset. This role is for professionals capable of handling high-stakes telecom environments and willing to work flexible hours.

 

✅ Key Responsibilities:

 

✔️ Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot Ericsson CS Core and IMS Network Nodes (CSCF, MTAS, SBC, IPWorks, NELS, MSS, MGW, etc.)

 ✔️ Hands-on Ericsson platform experience: BSP 8100, AXE 810, APZ 212 50/60, APG43L, CPP

 ✔️ Troubleshoot international roaming issues and IR complaints; coordinate with global roaming partners

 ✔️ Manage application nodes in cloud environments such as SBC, BGF, CTC, and IPWorks

 ✔️ Leverage automation tools and scripting (Shell, VB, SQL, Python, MongoDB, Angular, REST API)

 ✔️ Conduct performance analysis using SAP BI and similar tools (performance experience is secondary)

 ✔️ Support MBPN-related activities

 ✔️ Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and technical mentoring

✔️ Fluent in English (spoken & written)

 ✔️ Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset

 ✔️ Effective communicator with mentoring and customer-facing skills

 ✔️ Able to work under pressure and handle multi-tasking challenges

 ✔️ Proactive, independent, and team-oriented

 ✔️ Open to working night shifts and weekends when required

 

???? Technical Competence:

 

✔️ Proven Ericsson CS domain experience (BSP, AXE, MGW CPP)

 ✔️ Deep knowledge of Ericsson Core & IMS products and tools

 ✔️ Proficient in protocol analyzers: K15, Masterclaw, Wireshark

 ✔️ Expertise in signaling protocols: SS7/IP, GCP, CAP, MAP, INAP, SIP, Diameter, etc.

 ✔️ Experience in KPI analysis (LU, ASR, Paging, Handover) – secondary focus

 ✔️ Familiarity with STS performance reports and PLEX (preferred)

 ✔️ Skilled in Ericsson tools: Primus, MHWEB, ERICOLL, KCS

 ✔️ Experience with HLR management, node integration (RNC, BSC, VAS), and cloud-based applications

 ✔️ Capable of AXE HW/SW upgrades and emergency handling
