**Job Title:** Junior IT Help Desk Technician ???? 

**Job Location:** City Club (Shorouk City & Obour City)

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

1. Respond to technical assistance requests in person, over the phone, and electronically. ????

2. Identify and escalate situations that require urgent attention. ⚠️

3. Follow standard help desk procedures. ????

4. Track and route problems and requests while documenting resolutions. ????️

5. Monitor and follow up on hardware inventory. ????️

6. Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues. ????

7. Install and configure computer systems. ⚙️

8. Support wireless networks and access points. ????

9. Conduct regular PC health checks to ensure optimal performance. ????

10. Ensure that all devices are functioning properly. ✅

 

**Qualifications:**

 

1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, including local and wide area network management. ????

2. Bachelor’s degree in Information Management Science, Computer Science, or Information Engineering. ????

3. Strong supervisory and communication skills. ????️

4. Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certifications are preferred; however, candidates who have attended A+ or Network+ courses will also be considered. ????

5. Must be a resident of the city. ????️

6. Training skills are desirable. ????

7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ✍️

8. Ability to work well under pressure. ????
