IP Solution Manager

Huawei UAE is hiring IP Solution Manager Position:

 

Job Description: 

 

The solution manager represents the company externally and represents the customer internally. The solution manager is the architect of the competitive landscape, the guardian of the product profit, the brand disseminator, and the owner of business growth.

  

Main Responsibilities

1. Solution sales: Be responsible for lead nurturing during sales, get customer buy-in, solution design, commercial design, commercial report, obtain commercial authorization, bidding, organize contract review, contract signing, lead time management, and contract handover to delivery.

2. Improve the competitiveness of products and solutions: Gain insight into customer issues and pain points, and be responsible for the competitiveness of products and solutions.

3. Brand: Be responsible for the brand strategy of related products and improve the brand image of the company.

4. Pattern: Explore and seize key opportunities to continuously expand the market share of related product solutions.

Profits: Take charge of the price, competition strategy, and product commercial management responsibilities, and be responsible for the sales gross profit.

 

Knowledge/Skills

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Computer Science and Technology, Telecommunication Technology, Information technology, etc.

HCIE/CCIE preferred, Understanding Huawei IP products preferred, IP Technology including IP protocol understanding, Carrier Network architecture.

 

Capability

  1. Needs understanding: Gain insight into the customer's network, guide the network planning in the current period, and influence the customer's budget in the current year.

2. Solution design: The solution has technical competitiveness, commercial competitiveness, and deliverability.

3. Achieve the profit target: As the solution owner of project, develops the project technology and competition strategy, implements the company's solution, achieves the project success, maintains the market landscape, develops or implements the product commercial strategy, effectively manages the base price, ensures the contract quality, and achieves the project profit target.

   Sales background is preferred like Solution Sales manager, Service manager with more than 2 years sales experience.
