We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer with 4+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.

Troubleshoot issues related to Windows 10/11 and MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Handle basic network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, IP, DNS, DHCP).

Manage user accounts and password resets via Active Directory.

Offer support through remote tools like RDP, AnyDesk, and TeamViewer.

Log and manage tickets using ITSM tools like ServiceNow.

Excellent communication skills with a professional appearance.
