Service skill requirements:

 

1. Strong analysis and problem-solving capabilities.

2. Good demonstration and communication skills and strong service awareness.

3. can communicate and present technical details to end customer or rep offices TDs 

 

 

Professional knowledge requirements:

 

1. Have +3 years of experience in technical customer support or maintenance of servers and storage products.

 

2. Be familiar with one or more of the following IT product technologies and related solutions, cloud computing, big data, and PaaS.

 

3. have good understanding about core concepts for network TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, subnetting, routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, Network topologies for LAN and protocols (HTTP/HTTPS, SNMP, QoS).

 

4. Have solid experience in server management 

 **Linux**: Command line, shell scripting, package management (apt/yum), services (Apache, Nginx). 

 **Windows Server**: Active Directory, Group Policy, IIS, PowerShell. 

 **Virtualization/Containerization**: 

 VMware vSphere, Hyper-V. 

 Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.

 

5. have experience about the backup solution and basic concept about Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity

 

6. Have solid experience about SAN/NAS (e.g., NetApp, Dell EMC), RAID configurations, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, with good understanding about CIFS, NFS, HDFS, also object storage concepts.

 

7. HCIP/HCIE storage is preferred.
