Service Desk / Helpdesk Specialists – Dubai & Abu Dhabi
Are you passionate about IT support and eager to be part of a fast-paced, customer-centric environment? We are looking for talented Service Desk / Helpdesk professionals to join our growing team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Provide 24x7 support for end users including systems, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
???? Respond promptly to incidents and service requests following ITIL-aligned processes.
???? Configure, install, and maintain end-user infrastructure and interfaces.
???? Manage and monitor SLAs, OLAs, contracts, and operational processes.
???? Handle user access rights and operational security.
???? Maintain thorough documentation and update logs consistently.
???? Enforce change management protocols and participate in regular disaster recovery drills.
???? Ensure compliance with licensing and copyright agreements.
???? Drive continuous service improvement and collaborate with stakeholders to align on changes.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
✅ bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
✅ 2–5 years of IT support experience in the UAE
✅ Good understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, and basic networking
✅ Familiarity with ITSM ticketing tools like ServiceNow or Symphony
✅ Proficient in ITIL concepts, especially incident, change, and service management
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Problem-solving mindset with strong analytical abilities
✅ Ability to handle multiple priorities under pressure
✅ Experience in working with cross-cultural teams and across time zones
Work Schedule:
???? Rotational shifts or 24x7 support environment
???? Weekend and holiday availability as per roster
