Job Title: Cloud Support Engineer

Job Requirements:

IT background (Engineering, Computer Science or Similar Education)

Professional Working Proficiency in English (Mandatory)

Professional Working Proficiency in French (Mandatory)

Virtualization and Cloud Knowledge

CCNA knowledge (certification is a plus)

0–3 years’ experience

Service Operations experience is a plus
