Job Location: Riyadh
Key Responsibilities:
Azure Administration: Manage and maintain Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Office 365 Management: Administer Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams.
Hyper-V Virtualisation: Deploy, manage, and optimise Hyper-V environments to ensure seamless operations.
Citrix Administration: Support and manage Citrix environments, including XenApp and XenDesktop.
Active Directory & Group Policy Management: Maintain and administer AD users, computers, and group policies to ensure security and compliance.
Backup & Restoration: Implement and manage backup strategies, ensuring data integrity and rapid recovery in case of failures.
Patching & Updates: Monitor, schedule, and apply patches to servers, endpoints, and applications to ensure security and stability.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management.
Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration.
Hands-on experience with Hyper-V virtualisation and Citrix environments.
Solid knowledge of Active Directory (AD), Group Policy Management, and
Windows Server administration.
Proven experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions.
Expertise in patch management and update deployment.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Certifications:
Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ-305)
Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
Citrix Certified (CCP-V or CCA-V)
Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate
