IT Specialist

Overseeing the maintenance, optimization, and security of IT infrastructure.

· Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues.

· Leading IT projects from conception to execution.

· Providing advanced technical support for staff.

· Ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.

· Analyzing system performance and recommending improvements

· Developing and implementing asset management strategies to manage the lifecycle of IT assets.

· Maintaining an accurate inventory of all hardware and software assets, including purchases, licenses, and contracts

 

Job Description:

· Experience with network administration, system administration, cybersecurity, Windows Server, Linux, virtualization (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), backup and recovery, and firewall management

· Customer service skills for providing user support.

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
