Position: Lead Network Engineer (Network Architect)

Location:Dubai

Salary:22,000 - 25,000 AED (negotiable)

(Outside UAE: immediate joiners only who previously worked in UAE)

 

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Lead Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage our organization's network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability. This role requires strong technical expertise in networking and leadership skills to align network strategies with business objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement enterprise-level network infrastructure

- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers

- Ensure network security and compliance

- Lead network-related projects and mentor network engineers

- Collaborate with IT leadership and business units to align network strategies with organizational goals

 

Requirements:

- Strong expertise in Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, and other network environments

- Experience with network automation, cloud networking, and network monitoring tools

- Leadership and management skills to lead network teams and projects

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

 

Preferred Certifications:

- Cisco CCNP/CCIE

- Fortinet NSE4/NSE7

- Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure)

- ITIL Foundation

 

Ideal Candidate:

70% technical expertise in network architecture and 30% management experience, with a strong background in designing and implementing complex network infrastructures.
