Job Title: Presales Analyst – IT Solutions
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Presales Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will support the sales process by analyzing customer requirements, designing tailored IT solutions, preparing technical proposals, and delivering compelling product presentations. This role bridges the gap between the sales team and technical experts to ensure customer needs are fully understood and addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and business challenges.
Analyze client requirements and map them to suitable IT solutions (e.g., cloud services, cybersecurity, infrastructure, business applications).
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution overviews, and product demonstrations.
Develop high-quality proposals, responses to RFPs/RFIs, and solution documentation.
Work closely with technical teams (engineering, support, delivery) to ensure feasibility and scalability of proposed solutions.
Conduct competitive analysis to position solutions effectively against competitors.
Assist in proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives and technical workshops when needed.
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s IT product and service portfolio.
Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
Support account managers with technical expertise during the entire sales cycle.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a presales, solution architect, or technical consulting role (preferably in IT solutions).
Solid knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and/or enterprise applications.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
Proficient in creating technical documentation, proposals, and presentations.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM and sales management tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and project management methodologies.
Bilingual (English and Arabic) is an advantage, depending on market needs.
