Responsibilities:

- Coordinates design and

#implementation to ensure alignment with area/cluster objectives and corporate strategic IT direction.

- Identifies and implements solutions to

#user_challenges and concerns associated with the use of personal computer equipment.

- Coordinates upgrades and maintains the directory structure on hashtag

#network_servers.

- Monitors, Diagnoses and

#adjusts_performance on LAN and network servers.

- Insures standard LAN backup and

#archiving procedures on network servers.

- Insures periodic preventative maintenance on machines to ensure their hashtag

#reliability and availability.

- Works closely with

#property_management to ensure smooth running of the network

and assist in helping to maintain the site systems.

- Manages/directs hardware, software, and network setup and installation, ensuring compliance with hashtag

#HTN_standards and certification process, including acceptance testing and providing direction to outside installation resources.

- Manages and maintains

#payroll in accordance with budgetary guidelines.

- Ensure network security, integrity, and performance to

#protect company data and meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering,

- Proven experience as an IT Manager from 10 to 15 years.

- Previous experience as an IT Manager in the food and beverage or hotel industry is a Must.

- Strong knowledge of IT systems, security, and infrastructure.

- Strong knowledge in systems such as the sun system, POS system, and ComSyS system.

- Excellent problem-solving, leadership.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Cisco, CompTIA, Microsoft certifications).
