???? Key Qualifications:
✔ Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field.
✔ Certifications (Preferred): CompTIA A+, ITIL, CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft 365 Certified.
✔ Technical Expertise:
Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
2+ years in IT Helpdesk/Technical Support.
Troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Basic cybersecurity awareness (phishing, password policies).
Knowledge of virtualization, servers, and telecom systems.
✔ Soft Skills: Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
✔ Language: Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).

Provide 1st-line support (onsite/remote) for IT issues.
Manage user accounts (Active Directory, email setups).
Maintain IT systems (updates, patches, backups).
Train employees on IT best practices & security.
Monitor networks and ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with IT teams to optimize performance.
