We are hiring IT Help-desk (Multiple Vacancy):

 

 

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

 

   

 

· Experience 2-3 years in IT support and network administration.

 

· Network Installation & Troubleshooting

 

· Hands-on experience in managing network infrastructure and troubleshooting.

 

· Solid understanding of Cisco technologies; Cisco certifications (CCNA) are a plus.

 

· Experience with Microsoft Windows OS (Windows 7, 8, 10,11 and windows Server).

 

· Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, printers, and IT infrastructure components.

 

· Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting wireless access points and network devices.

 

· Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.

 

· Analytical skills to quickly resolve technical issues.

 

· Ability to learn new technologies and apply them to improve network operations.

 

· Ability to collaborate and share knowledge effectively within a team.

 

. Cisco certifications CCNA and MCSE are desirable.

 

. Experience with virtualization or cloud solutions is an advantage
