Job Overview:

We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our team in 6 October City. The role is responsible for the implementation of IT solutions offered to our customers across Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa. The selected candidate will receive training on our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement IT solutions for clients across Egypt, the Middle East, and Africa.

Provide training on the solutions offered to customers.

Handle Help Desk & Networking tasks.

Set up and administrate various applications on Windows Server platforms.

Basic Knowledge Requirements:

MCSE knowledge (exam is not mandatory).

Ability to set up and manage applications on Windows Server.

Experience in Help Desk and Networking tasks.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Knowledge of VB Script, HTML, and Java is an advantage.

Skills Requirements:

Leadership skills.

Very good communication and presentation skills.

Project management skills.
