Skills :

•Install, Configure, Manage, Upgrade and Decommission of all client Unix, AIX, and Power Systems architecture

• Shell scripting for various admin related jobs.

• Perform user and group management through Unix LDAP.

• Apply patches on RHEL, AIX systems and install security packages on servers and follow audit and compliance requirement.

• Evaluate, install, test, configure, maintain, tune, and troubleshoot AIX and RHEL operating system software.

• Improve performance and reduce costs by consolidating multiple AIX systems onto fewer physical servers.

• Perform server hardening and patch/package installations within the Linux environment based on company document policies.

• Establish standard hardware solutions, resulting in more predictable project implementations and more supportable environments.

• Maintain availability, increase capacity & performance of production machines by upgrading their hardware & firmware."
