We are looking for a dynamic FO RAN Duty Manager to oversee the Front Office RAN team, ensuring continuous mobile network stability, efficient incident response, and full compliance with SLAs/WLAs. This leadership role involves direct customer interfacing, escalation management, and driving operational excellence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 ✔️ Team Leadership

 • Supervise, guide, and support Front Office Engineers

 • Deliver training, coaching, and promote team collaboration

✔️ NOC Management

 

 • Oversee real-time monitoring of RAN (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, TX)

 • Coordinate incident handling and service restoration

 • Ensure 24/7 operations meet SLA/WLA targets

✔️ Customer Interface

 

 • Serve as the primary contact for customer issues

 • Provide timely updates, clear resolutions, and manage expectations

 • Escalate critical cases when needed

 

✔️ Incident & Problem Management

 • Lead escalation processes and root cause analysis

 • Implement corrective actions and build a known-issue knowledge base

 

✔️ SLA/WLA Compliance

 • Ensure all service activities comply with contractual SLAs and WLAs

 

✔️ Communication & Reporting

 • Manage communication (calls, emails, SMS) related to network performance

 • Prepare reports on incident status, KPIs, and service level adherence

 

Qualifications:

 

 ✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

 ✔️ Strong experience in mobile network operations and incident management

 ✔️ Solid understanding of RAN technologies (2G–5G, TX)

 ✔️ Familiar with SLA/WLA frameworks and ticketing systems

 ✔️ Leadership and team coordination experience in 24/7 environments

 ✔️ Excellent communication, reporting, and customer service skills

 ✔️ Strong problem-solving and escalation-handling capabilities
