IT Executive

Align IT strategies with overall business objectives. Analyze market trends, identify technology gaps, and recommend solutions to improve business efficiency and effectiveness.

· Oversee the technical support, maintenance, and administration of the organization's IT systems.

· Provide technical assistance to end-users and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.

· Ensure IT systems and data are protected against unauthorized access, theft, or loss by implementing security controls, such as firewalls, antivirus software, and access controls, and monitoring for security threats and incidents.

· Develop and implement backup and recovery procedures to protect critical data and ensure it can be restored in the event of a disaster.

· Develop and maintain custom software applications to meet the organization's needs, including writing code, testing software, and providing technical support to end-users.

· Provide training and support to end-users to help them use IT systems effectively and efficiently.

 

Requirements:

· Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT, including experience with Windows, applications, and CCNA.

· Excellent English proficiency is a must
