We're seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

- Respond to and resolve IT-related issues via phone, email, and in-person

- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software

- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues

- Document and track IT issues and resolutions

Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in IT support

- Strong knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

- Resolve technical problems efficiently and effectively,

- preferable to be from 10th of Ramadan city residents
