IT Technical Support 

Responsibilities:

- End-user device support "Perform support for daily activities by ensuring timely and professional technical support for desktops, laptops, core applications, and related peripherals."

- Monitoring computer networks and systems performance.

- Troubleshooting network connectivity problems (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).

- Provide technical troubleshooting, identify request type, diagnose and provide solutions, or escalate complex issues to the appropriate team as required.

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology.

- Strong Computer Skills and the Ability to Troubleshoot and Diagnose Problems

· Familiarity with both PC Hardware and Software

· Experience with Network Repairs and Analysis

· Experience with Windows AD, DHCP, DNS is must

· Experience with cloud concept and solutions

· Documentation and organizational skills

- Firewall and Security 

- Backup and Disaster Recovery

- Monitoring and Maintenance

- Documentation and Reporting

- Ability to Learn & acquire new responsibilities.

 

Working hours: from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 

Location: cairo .
