It Specialist

We're hiring #IT_Specialist to join our team at Smart Coverage.

Responsibilities

-Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks.

-Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

-Provide technical support to users and troubleshoot system and network issues.

-Set up accounts and workstations.

-Ensure security through access controls, backups and firewalls.

-Upgrade systems with new releases and models.

-Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies.

-Build an internal wiki with technical documentation, manuals and IT policies.

Job Requirements:

-2-4 years of experience.

-Must have a good knowledge in two Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, and SCOM.

-Must have a good knowledge in Virtualization technologies.

-Document maintenance for all computer systems and system infrastructure.

-Windows server 2016 implementation, administration, and monitoring.

-Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
