Required IT Supervisor - IT Clerk for a 5 Stars Hotel in Alexandria
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Supervisor and IT Clerk, located in Alexandria, Egypt. The IT Supervisor will manage daily IT operations, provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure seamless operation of the hotel's IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include leading and managing the IT team, implementing technology solutions, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring that all IT activities align with the hotel's standards.
Qualifications for IT Supervisor
Proficient in Information Technology and Technical Support
Strong Troubleshooting skills
Experience in Team Leadership and Team Management
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a must
