Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities:

???? Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues

???? Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems quickly

???? Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications

???? Assist with IT infrastructure management (servers, networks, security)

???? Provide end-user support and training

???? Monitor system performance and ensure smooth IT operations

???? Maintain IT documentation and inventory

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles

???? Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems

???? Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), Active Directory, and Office 365

???? Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues

???? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
