Job Description

 

• Ensure internet performance is acting well.

• Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.

• Health check of printer devices, attendance machines, and any related network devices.

• Resolve technical problems with LAN and WAN with ISP.

• Install & fix issues related to computer peripherals for users.

• Resolve issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.

• Respond to queries on-site or remotely.

• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.

 

Job Requirements

 

• Basic knowledge ( A+ & mcsa ) 

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

 

Important Note : basic shift from 11 pm to 7 am and We may need you on some other shifts ( Ex : from 5 Pm to 12 Am )
