Hiring for Manufacturing Company.

IT Specialist

- Carry out the periodic maintenance of the devices in accordance with the 

 technical standards and according to the maintenance schedule, downloading 

 various programs related to workflow and functional nature and update them

 periodically.

- Ensure that the computer is technically properly prepared before handing it 

 over to the employee.

- Ensure the confidentiality and security of data and information and network 

 access and backup systems.

- Apply the application of all IT policies and regulations

- Receive old/ new device, and transferring the custody between different 

 parties and inform the warehouse with the custody transfer updates.

 -Implement e-mail and user accounts for new employees after creating it and 

 take the necessary procedures to close or suspend e-mail and user accounts in 

 cases of leaving work.

- Monitor the performance and functionality of the surveillance systems, such 

 as cameras, networks, servers, etc.

-Troubleshoot and repair any problems or malfunctions that may occur in the 

 surveillance systems, such as power outages, signal losses, hardware 

 failures, etc.

- Report the surveillance systems’ status, activities, incidents, or issues to the 

 direct manager.

-Prepare periodic reports and submit them to the direct manager to follow up 

 the work and solve problems.

-Adherence to Al Manar Group integrated management system-AIMS and HSE 

 regulations

Qualifications:

-------------------

 . Minimum 1 years of solid experience in same filed 

 . Strong computer skills needed to research, diagnose, troubleshoot and 

 identify solutions to employees’ issues.

 · Ability to take the lead in solving problems reported by employees

 · Excellent Command in English Language

 · Proficient User of MS Office.

 . Good Knowledge of MCSA, CCNA Self-Study.
