Role: L1 Support Engineer

???? Education: B.E/B.Tech (Mandatory)

???? Responsibilities:

???? Serve as the first point of contact for IT support queries

????️ Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues

???? Manage and track support tickets to resolution

???? Maintain documentation and create knowledge base articles

???? Conduct training sessions on basic IT processes

???? Provide remote assistance and install/configure software & hardware

???? Collaborate with IT teams for complex issues

✅ Skills We’re Looking For:

✔️ Knowledge of Windows/macos, networking basics & ITSM

✔️ Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

✔️ Excellent communication and customer service skills

✔️ Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and manage time effectively

✔️ Awareness of cybersecurity principles and IT policies

???? Bonus: Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft certifications are a plus!
