Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled L2 Network Security Engineer to support branch, back-office, and ATM operations for our banking client in Dubai. The role requires a strong foundation in network infrastructure and security, with the flexibility to perform on-site visits when needed. Candidates with prior experience in the banking sector will be given preference.

 

Key Responsibilities:

-Provide L2 support for day-to-day network operations, including troubleshooting and incident resolution

-Maintain and support branch, ATM, and back-office network infrastructure

-Perform on-site support visits as required

-Configure and manage Aruba Wireless and ClearPass Policy Manager (CPPM) solutions

-Manage and support Cisco ISE, SD-WAN, SD Access, and DNA Center infrastructure

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure and efficient network operations

-Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, procedures, and incident reports

-Utilize monitoring tools such as SolarWinds and Riverbed to analyze and optimize network performance

 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

-Aruba Certification or proven hands-on experience with Aruba Wireless & CPPM (Mandatory)

-Cisco Certified – Minimum CCNP (Routing & Switching / Enterprise Infrastructure / Security)

-Hands-on experience with Cisco DNA Center, SD Access, and SD-WAN technologies

-Solid experience working with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)

-Strong skills in network documentation, reporting, and change management

-Familiarity with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, Riverbed, or equivalent

-Prior experience supporting banking or financial institutions (Preferred)
