Job Description:
- Provide technical support to company employees for hardware and software issues.
- · Provide technical assistance and support for other systems, PC, Laptop, Printers, CCTV, Time Attendance, Internet Service, communications and any other IT related.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex technical issues and improve support processes.
- Perform routine maintenance and updates on company systems and applications.
- Provides telephone, in-person and online support to end-users.
- Installing and maintenance operating systems and applications .
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
- Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
- Experience with Desktop hardware, network switches, modems, and other network peripheral devices.
Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills required.
• (CCNA | A+ ) Certification is required.
• MCSA Knowledge Preferred
