Hiring Now: Linux & OpenShift System Admin – UAE (Onsite)

We are looking for an experienced Linux & OpenShift Infrastructure System Administrator to join our team and work onsite with one of the largest telecom operators in Dubai. You will be a subject matter expert in Unix, Infrastructure Cloud, and OpenShift—ensuring infrastructure operations and service availability meet SLA expectations.

 

???? Key Responsibilities:

 

-Administer and support Linux/UNIX systems (RHEL, SUSE, HP-UX, Solaris)

Design, implement & manage OpenShift clusters

-Automate tasks using Bash, Python, Ansible

-Perform OS performance tuning, patching, and upgrades

-Support CI/CD, Ceph, tools integration & firmware updates

-Coordinate with DevOps, security, application & vendor teams

-Troubleshoot infrastructure and container issues

-Plan and execute system changes with minimal downtime

-Provide RCA reports and technical consultation

 

✅ Requirements:

 

-8+ years of IT Infrastructure experience

-Strong in Linux, OpenShift (certified), and scripting

-Experience with Ansible, CI/CD (Argo CD), Kubernetes

-Understanding of virtualization, ITSM (HPSM), and NFVI

-Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

 

???? Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related

 ???? Certifications: Linux & RedHat OpenShift (must)
