Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a comparable field

* Proficiency in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Microsoft servers (including all versions of Windows, Exchange Server, SharePoint servers, file servers, Active Directory, web servers, and System Center Management servers)

* Experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting virtualization services (Citrix Server, VMware Server, and Hyper-V Server)

* Familiarity with backup system strategies and experience in performing system backups according to company or industry standards

* Strong knowledge of system security and the ability to identify faults and vulnerabilities within server architectures, with a particular focus on viruses and other sources of server vulnerability

* Proficiency in SAN storage, regardless of the vendor

* Knowledge of server maintenance concepts (rack-mounted and blade servers) for various hardware vendors (HP, Dell, IBM, etc.)

* Excellent documentation skills, self-learning abilities, and self-motivation

* 2-3 years of relevant experience
