Senior Technical Support Engineer Position

We are looking for a Senior Technical Support Engineer with 7+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage & secure Linux servers

- Deploy & maintain Docker/Kubernetes setups

- Lead help desk strategy & KPIs

- Troubleshoot & optimize 3CX systems

- Oversee database performance & clustering for high availability

What We Need:

- Bachelor's in CS/Engineering

- Deep expertise in Linux, Docker, K8s, 3CX, and DB management

- Proven experience improving help desk efficiency

- Excellent communication & teamwork skills

Work Location Heliopolis, Cairo.

Work Style: Hybrid.
