We are looking to hire “#IT Help Desk / Support Engineer” for one of the biggest logistics companies El Obour City & 10th of Ramadan
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain the company Hardware
- Keep tracking of the disposable components and replace them.
- Keep tracking of system users’ activities
- Maintain the company-wide network and VPN connection
- Maintain user data backups
- Respond to IT support requests
- Handle the basic security issues
- Contribute to new installations and IT purchasing process
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor degree of Computer science or university degree.
• 1-3 years of Experience.
• Create and maintain software documentation.
