Java Technical lead

We are hiring: Java Technical Lead!

 

Are you passionate about leading teams, building scalable systems and writing clean code? We are looking for a Java Technical Lead to join our team at e& Egypt.

 

What you’ll do:

 

Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to the development team, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and high-quality solutions.

Architecture & Design: Define robust technical architectures and ensure the scalability, security, and performance of applications.

Development & Code Review: Take an active role in development, conduct thorough code reviews, and ensure alignment to best practices.

Problem Solving: Tackle technical challenges, optimizing application performance and reliability.

Continuous Improvement: Keep up with emerging technologies and trends to drive innovation and efficiency within the team.

 

Job Requirements:

· Experience: Minimum 7 years in Java development, including at least 1 year in a Tech Lead role.

· Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Java, OOP & solid principles, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, GIT, and databases (SQL & NoSQL).

· Cloud & DevOps: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or OpenShift), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

· Soft Skills: Leadership, problem-solving mindset, teamwork, Steadiness under pressure and strong communication skills.

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
