Job Announcement: (System Administrator Sr. officer / Supervisor)
We are at alrajhi bank- Jordan looking for a skilled System Administrator to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining IT infrastructure, ensuring system security, and providing technical support.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Manage server infrastructure, virtualization environments such as (Nutanix, VMware, Oracle KVM)
- Manage Microsoft Azure, O365.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of infrastructure.
- Implement Active Directory (AD) security best practices, GPO management, and privileged access controls.
- Administer Windows/Linux servers, including patch management and performance optimization.
- Manage, monitor backup solutions like (Veeam, Veritas).
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001).
- Manage HPE San Storages (Alletra , MSA).
- Collaborate with IT security teams to implement endpoint protection, SIEM, and vulnerability management.
* Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer engineer.
- Certifications such as MCSE, Azure, VMware, Nutanix (preferred).
* Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in system administration, preferably in banking / financial institutions.
* Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and virtualization (VMware/Nutanix/Oracle KVM).
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Exchange, and Azure administration.
- Familiarity with ISO 27001, PCI DSS, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
