Collaboration Requirements Lead

We are looking for a Collaboration Requirements Lead with strong expertise in Cisco Collaboration solutions to join our team!

Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Collaboration solutions

✅ Deep theoretical and practical knowledge of Cisco UC architecture, ensuring the ability to design and implement complex solutions

✅ Strong expertise in CUCM (Cisco Unified Communications Manager), UCCX/UCCE, Unity Connection, Webex, Expressway, and voice/video gateways

✅ Hands-on experience with Cisco Meeting Server (CMS), TelePresence, and Voice Gateways

✅ Expertise in UCCX, including call flows and scripting knowledge

✅ Proficiency in Dial Plan design, CAC, QoS, and survivability strategies

✅ Strong troubleshooting experience across collaboration technologies, beyond following predefined steps

✅ Experience with MRA, Jabber, and WebRTC

✅ Experience with Direct Routing integrations between Cisco and Microsoft Teams is a plus

✅ CCIE Collaboration is a plus
