To ensure the effective delivery of IT services within the hospital by overseeing daily operations, supporting users, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with the central IT Shared Services team for escalations, improvements, and the implementation of new digital initiatives.
???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience in healthcare or enterprise environments
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Become familiar with hospital systems (HIS, PACS, RIS, LAb etc.)
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure and security fundamentals
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certifications such as ITIL, Cisco CCNA, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, MCSA
- Prior experience in a healthcare or enterprise IT environment
???????????????????????????????????? ????????????????????????:
- Strong knowledge of system administration and backup system .
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and cloud-based applications.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, etc.)
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues (laptops, desktops, printers, etc.).
- Understanding IT security is the best practice.
