We're Hiring an IT Specialist.

Location: Al-Obour
Working Days: From Sunday to Thursday
Working Hours: From 9 AM to 5 PM
Report to: IT Manager.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Information Technology Specialist at Food Lover. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, troubleshooting, network security, and customer service tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the company's technology infrastructure.
Qualifications
✔ At least 3 years of experience in IT support and network administration.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).
✔ Proficiency in Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, and WSUS.
✔ Experience with FortiGate firewalls and Kaspersky Security Center.
✔ Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (Cisco, VLANs, DHCP, TCP/IP, Access Points).
✔ Familiarity with ticketing systems for IT support.
✔ Experience with Microsoft 365 applications.
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
✔ Preferred certifications: MCSA, CCNA, CCNP.
✔ English proficiency (reading and writing) is a plus.
