• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems in a timely manner.

• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.

• Assist in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and security.

• Support end-users with IT-related queries and training.

• Monitor system performance and ensure efficient IT operations.

• Maintain IT documentation and inventory.

???? Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

✔ 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

✔ Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

✔ Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), Active Directory, and Office 365.

✔ Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
