IT Support Engineer

Job Title:** IT Support Engineer

**Location:** Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

**Job Type:** Full-time

 

**Job Responsibilities:**

 

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and networking issues.

- Troubleshoot and resolve system and network problems promptly.

- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications.

- Assist in IT infrastructure management, including servers, networks, and security.

- Support end-users with IT-related inquiries and provide training.

- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient IT operations.

- Maintain IT documentation and inventory.

 

**Required Qualifications:**

 

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.

- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.

- Experience with networking (LAN, WAN, VPN), Active Directory, and Office 365.

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
