Ensure system security through access controls, backups, and firewalls.

Collaborate on IT projects such as migrations, upgrades, and rollouts.

Monitor system performance and maintain documentation.

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or network engineering.

Strong knowledge of Windows, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and security protocols.

Experience with Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and backup solutions.
