IT Help Desk (Senior & Junior) Job Opportunity

We are seeking Senior and Junior IT Help Desk staff to join our team in El Sheikh Zayed and Maadi.

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in-person consultations.

- Resolve technical issues related to computers, software, and networks.

- Install and configure programs and operating systems.

- Assist with email management, password security, and system access.

- Maintain comprehensive records and document effective solutions.

- Monitor and update inventory of computers, printers, and devices.

Job Requirements:

- Proficiency in Windows and other operating systems.

- Familiarity with network protocols (Wi-Fi, IP, DNS, DHCP, MAC Address).

- Strong problem-solving and communication abilities.

- Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment.
