???? About the Role:
Digital Waves IT Solution is seeking a proactive and skilled Delivery Engineer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will work directly on deploying and supporting ManageEngine PAM360 and Log360 solutions for enterprise clients across the region.
????️ Key Responsibilities:
Deploy and configure PAM360 and Log360 based on customer requirements
Handle integration with Active Directory, LDAP, and enterprise systems
Customize alerts, dashboards, and reporting for compliance and security
Lead UAT sessions, documentation, and end-user training
Provide technical support and troubleshoot post-deployment
✅ Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with ManageEngine PAM360 and/or Log360
Understanding of privileged access management (PAM) and SIEM
Familiar with syslog, log agents, AD integration, and network protocols
Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, Shell) is a plus
Strong communication and technical documentation skills
???? Preferred Qualifications:
ManageEngine certifications or equivalent (CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.)
Experience in a consulting or customer-facing technical role
