Job Title : IT Desktop Engineer

Location : Dubai, UAE

Driving License is mandatory

*Preparing & Managing of Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Handheld Scanners, Documents Scanners, re-weigh equipment and smart phones and devices.

*2nd level IT technical support to end users.

*Service Desk tickets management, assignment of tickets, follow up with global teams until resolution.

*Effectively handling of helpdesk calls and email communications.

*Taking full ownership and being responsible by providing end to end support.

*Meeting rooms AV support.

*Communicating with external vendors to lay down exact requirement and placing new orders on procurement portal.

*Good English communications skills to handle our VIP end users.

*Sound knowledge with Microsoft Products, like M365 and Windows10.

*Effectively providing Software and Applications support.

*Setting up AVAYA SIP telephone systems for call center, troubleshooting and constantly providing instant solutions.

*Providing remote support and troubleshooting over telephone, WhatsApp, or by visiting affected sites.
