We are currently hiring for the IT Department:

“IT Operations Specialist”

With 1 year of experience.

Responsible for maintaining e& Egypt’s services availability by detecting and analysing global outages across application Servers & DB’s.

Handling all global and partial outages related to applications, services, products & network (voice or data) and ADS.

Communicating the outage resolution to the concerned parties.

Monitoring daily services, revenues, and application performance trends.

Responsible of Execution & Monitoring of daily EDWH extraction which generates KPI Performance Indicators of all Etisalat Services/Systems.
