???? About the Role:
Masreya Media is looking for a skilled IT Systems Administrator to join our team! If you have strong technical expertise and a passion for maintaining and optimizing IT infrastructure, this role is for you.
???? Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Provide first and second-line technical support.
✔️ Manage and maintain domain environments (AD, GPO, WSUS, DNS, DHCP).
✔️ Configure and manage network switches, VLANs, and port security.
✔️ Oversee firewall configurations (Sophos preferred).
✔️ Maintain WiFi networks for optimal connectivity.
✔️ Implement monitoring solutions for system performance.
✔️ Administer surveillance systems and attendance devices.
✔️ Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, Macs, printers).
✔️ Manage storage systems (SAN/NAS).
???? Preferred Qualifications:
✅ Experience in multimedia IT solutions.
✅ Strong IT infrastructure knowledge.
✅ Network security expertise.
✅ Familiarity with surveillance & attendance systems.
✅ Excellent English communication skills.
✅ Team player with a problem-solving mindset.
