IT Support Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Administrator to manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and efficient troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support, managing hardware and software systems, and ensuring cybersecurity compliance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

2. Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.

3. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access control.

Monitor and troubleshoot network performance and security issues.

Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance.

Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and functioning properly.

4. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related purchases and support.

5. Implement and enforce IT policies and security protocols.

6. Provide training and support to employees on IT tools and best practices.

7. Document IT incidents, resolutions, and system configurations.

 

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

2. Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in IT support or administration.

3. Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.

4. Experience with networking protocols, firewalls, and security systems.

5. Familiarity with cloud computing, virtualization, and backup solutions.

6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

8. Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, MCSA, or ITIL are preferred.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience working in a corporate IT environment.

2. Knowledge of ERP and business applications support.

3. Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented setting.

1. Competitive salary based on experience Approx (3000-4500 SAR / 100K-150K BDT)
