Job Location: October City 

A Multinational construction company located at October is looking to hire,

1- Technical Support Engineer:

- Installing, troubleshooting and fine-tuning hardware and software. Connecting printers and other peripherals. Responding to helpdesk queries and logging support tickets, assigning or forwarding Helpdesk tickets to other technology staff as needed. Inventorying computer hardware and accessories, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

-Experience: 1-2 years supporting users’ PC, Windows, and network-related problems.

-Excellent in English & communication skills.

-Education: Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Computer/Software/Information Technology.

2- System & Network Administrator:

- Responsible for installing, configuring, maintaining, and operating company network, servers, desktop, and storage infrastructure. Ensures that the company’s network and all related equipment are functional to accommodate system users.

-Experience: 5+ years in the same role.

-Excellent in English & Communication skills.

-Education: Bachelor of Science or Engineering in Computer/Software/Information Technology.
