Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

2- 3+ years of experience in a help desk or technical support role.

3- Strong knowledge of operating systems, networking, and common software applications.

4- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
