Location: [Abbasiya ]

Employment Type: Full-time.

Salary: [6k to 8k ]

Day Work: 6 Days

One Day Off

#Responsibilities:

_Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.

_Install, configure, and maintain company IT systems.

_Monitor system performance and troubleshoot problems as they arise.

_Assist in setting up user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.

_Maintain IT documentation, including system configurations and troubleshooting guides.

_Ensure data security and assist with backup management.

_Collaborate with other IT team members to implement upgrades and new technologies.

#Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).

-0-1 year of experience in IT support or a related role.

-Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and networking concepts.

-Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, or similar tools.

-Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
